Membership runs from January to December each year and the fee for 2020 is £43.00. This includes membership of Leicestershire and Rutland Federation and the National Federation.
Visitors or prospective members are very welcome to attend any of our Monthly Meetings, for a donation of £3 (limited to three visits per person before joining, by National WI rules but we are sure you will want to join after your first meeting!). These meetings are free for members.

New members joining the WI for the first time, i.e. who have not previously been a member of any WI in the past 10 years, will pay a pro-rata subscription depending on the quarter in which they join. The rate per quarter is shown below:

What happens at a meeting?
Doors open at 1.45 and people arrive and socialise. We usually have a raffle and there is time to buy a lucky ticket.
Meetings start at 2pm with the singing of Jerusalem.
We then have our speaker - see the meeting programme for details.
After the speaker we break for tea, cake and a chat.
We then reconvene and read the minutes of the previous meeting and discuss future events
